Technology of optical isolation of low-voltage control circuits from high-voltage power modules is used in high-voltage transformers, which provides trouble-free operation of soft start units under conditions of high disturbances. Logical module includes interface RS-485 with open protocol ModBus RTU which allows programming the unit and integrating it with the data transmission network of the facility.

Soft start unit can be supplied with visualization unit to improve the operation of the interface “man – machine”. Different algorithms of technological processes operation can be realized by the complex with built-in automation controller.

Soft start units are designed for “smooth” start, reverse and dynamic braking of three-phase asynchronous electric motors with the help of voltage phase adjustment on the stator winding. Soft start units are used to start pumps, fans, centrifuges, extruders, conveyors and other processing equipment.
